CIMARRON is seeking an Senior Corrosion Engineer to manage corrosion-related projects such as internal corrosion assessments of pipelines and pressure equipment, evaluating/developing corrosion mitigation and monitoring programs, corrosion manuals, specifications, failure analysis and materials selection/evaluation. Knowledge of corrosion mechanisms, including H2S, CO2, methanol, MIC, etc. is an asset. The role is expected to expand to a Team Leader position, which while continuing to provide technical expertise, will also require project management skills, and supervision/mentoring of technical personnel. The ideal candidate will be a Professional Engineer with 10 years experience related to pipeline and facility corrosion. Project Management certification and NACE certification, such as Chemical Treatment or Materials Selection/Design Specialist would be an asset.
